Group Coaching,
Group Coaching is another way to get like minded people
around a table (or on a call)
and with the help of a coach, take the steps required
to gain an advantage in their lives
There are several factors at work here and, as well as
growing your own community,
the ideas introduced from differing environments gives
you leverage in your own
situations
For example, in a business situation, a difficult challenge
will be approached differently,
if your background is a Baker compared to a Financial
Adviser. The advantage of hearing the Bakers idea, is
that it opens up new possibilities to the challenge. The
Financial Adviser
also will add to the idea pool. This gives you a number
of choices and options to review and
decide upon.
In Group Coaching , the coach
will also give you a structure where you can build
and expand on the ideas and achieve, in a positive environment
